Hey foodies, making sambar at home can be bit overwhelming with all the veggies and the lengthy process it takes. So here is my quick version of Restaurant style Sambar which takes very less time to prepare and you also don't need to add all the veggies. Check out the full video and do try it out when you are in hurry but craving for some piping hot sambar. 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
4-5 Dried Red Chilis
1 tbsp Urad Dal
1 tbsp Chana Dal
2 tbsp Rice Grains
1 tsp Black Pepper Corns
1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
Dry Coconut Slices
12-15 Curry Leaves
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Pinch of Asafoetida
4-5 Dried Red Chilis
Finely Chopped Green Chilis
Curry Leaves
1 Sliced Onion
1 Chopped Tomato
Salt
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
2-3 tsp Prepared Sambar Masala
1/2 Lemon Juice
1/2 Onion Bulbs
