Hi friends.... In this video I have shared the recipe for Eggless Lemon Cupcake.
It is one such good variety of cake for the people who loves citrus flavor in a sweet.

Here is the measurement for the recipe
Ingredients:
=========
Maida- 1 cup
Baking powder -1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Sugar-3/4 cup
Oil- 1/4 cup
Milk – 3/4 cup + 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Lemon Juice – 1/2 Lemon Juice
Note: So total 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Lemon Zest – 3/4 Tbsp

For Icing ( Lemon Glaze)

Sugar
Lemon Juice


Measurement cup: 1 cup -235 ml
Baking temp in oven: 350 F
Baking time: 15 mins for mini cupcakes
Note: 25 – 30 mins for normal size cupcakes
