Mini pastry filled with cheese ideal for any occasion. Fine cubes of soft pastries stuffed with salty cheese are an excellent choice whether it's a child's birthday or some other occasion. They disappear in no time, and they can freeze before baking and then only roll the cubes into a baking pan.
Ingredients:
200 ml milk
1 tablespoon sugar
30 g fresh or 8 - 10 g of dry yeast
250 ml of water
50 + 20 ml of oil
1.5 tablespoons salt
800 g flour + a little more to knead
250 g butter
Stuffing:
500 g cheese of your choice
1 egg white
If it's not salty
Icing:
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon milk
