30 minute Leg & Glutes No Noise Home Workout | Rhythmic Dance Leg Workout | No noise Exercises

This 30 min no noise legs and glutes home workout is a mini band rhythmic dance workout with no jumping included. The follow along full length workout consists of 3x blocks of exercises. Each block contains 4x exercises and will be repeated 3x. Each exercise will be performed for 35 seconds, followed by 15 seconds rest.

This no noise rhythmic dance workout includes mini band and bodyweight exercises like:

Static Lunges + Lean Leg Kicks
Bounce Squat + Reverse Lunge
Front Walks + Back Bounce Squats
Bridge Abductions
Abduction + Side Steps
Low Hips Steps + Side Steps
Seated Leg Abductions
Side Dog Kicks
Hip Bridge + Abduction
Glute Kick Backs

...and many more!!

Make sure you follow the little screens as the exercises will change from block to block.

The entire workout is a full length follow along workout with no jumping required. The workout is a no noise mini band and bodyweight workout.
