Fanfact:

The reason why The Weasle Squad and Tormentors squad kills (Kills bad people only) was because of Terrence. He teach and trained them to, under the reason "bad people should die".

But the truth was Terrence collected Remnants and stored them thinking it would bring back his mother and lil brother and Vincent back.

William was the who did that note and plan on doing so. But because of the presence of Isabelle, William's unable to do anything, so he looks for a perfect time. But little did he know he accidentally misplace the note and ended up in the trash can.

Then Terrence found it, and there he come up with a plan of his and learn more about those stuff William also learning.
