ভারতের শেষ গ্রামের শেষ Homestay| কেমন অভিজ্ঞতা?

Sopakha is a small village located in the West of Sikkim. It is the last inhabited village in India. Beyond it shares a border with Nepal. One of the remotest villages of India, it has a 360° panoramic view of different mountain ranges. With only one homestay, standing among the great ranges, Sopakha should be on your next travel list.

How to reach Sopakha:
Grab a shared cab from SILIGURI JUNCTION towards Jorethang. The fare should be ₹450-500/- INR.
Try to reach Jorethang before 2pm or else you might not get a cab to move forward.
Next, hire a shared cab for Uttarey. The cost of a seat from Jorethang to Uttarey is ₹300/-. Drop down at Uttarey and take another cab arranged by the homestay for ₹200/- and drop down in Sopakha.

Homestay option:

We booked our stay in Chewabhangyang Homestay. The tariff is ₹1500/- per head per night which includes Stay, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Rooms are cosy, clean and comfortable.
Food is awesome, as they are produced from their own farm located in Dentam.

Experience:
People who love nature, peace, and silence must pay a visit to this place.
This is one of the finest villages in India.
