If you’re new to my channel, my name is Hilan Shah. I’m the founder of Construction Mastery. Our mission is to create as many World Class Construction Pro’s as possible that go on to uplift, influence and impact the construction industry. How I got here…

Year 1: Graduated from Loughborough University, Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying (#1 Global University)
Year 1: Started working for Balfour Beatty (Top 15 Global Construction Company, #1 UK)
Year 2: Ran the largest portfolio area (Dartford) of a 30 year £6.2 Billion contract on my own as a single Quantity Surveyor
Year 2: Co-founded a Young Professionals Group which still thrives today, 7 years later
Year 3: Worked in Highways
Year 3: APM Project Management Qualified (Level 2)
Year 4: Worked in Estimating
Year 5: Selected, as the only person in the entire company, by Balfour Beatty CEO to host and manage his Leadership Program
Year 5: Commercial Lead of £11m Primary School Build
Year 6: RICS Chartered
Year 7: Started Construction Mastery with help from my network of top 1% Construction Pro’s (CEOs, RICS Fellows)
Year 10: After 3 intense years, working 7 days a week, starting my day at 4am every day, lots of mistakes, anxiety, panic attacks, 10,000+ hours of deep work, £200k spending, working with top 1% Construction Pro’s, numerous workshops, pitches, meetings…Construction Pro was created.

Today: We create multiple pieces of content per week across all platforms to help Construction Pro’s professionally develop for free, our 80+ hours of training is being watched by Construction Pro’s from all around the world, and Construction Pro is scaling careers fast and seeing an average of 60% measured growth.
