Audacity Version 3.4.0 Released - But There's a Bug!

Audacity has released version 3.4.0
Audacity has released version 3.4.0 into production but it's got a bug you need to know about. If you record your audio with a bit depth of 24-bits like I do, version 3.4.0 of Audacity isn't going to work. When set to a bit depth of 24-bits, this version of Audacity produces a loud digital distortion that's going to make it impossible to record. But a temporary workaround is simple and the fine folks at Audacity let me know this will be fixed in version 3.4.1. But I wanted you to know about it, so here you go. If you record in 32-bit or 16-bit, you're not even going to notice this problem.
Also, this update includes features aimed primarily at musicians and music producers. While there have been some good features added for musicians, this update doesn't really contain anything new for spoken word recordings as far as I can tell.
