Maria Ward (Professional lifeguard from North London but originally from Romania) versus Jane Smith (Full-time athlete and springboard diver from Sheffield, South Yorkshire)

Neil Parsley (Rugby league player from Wirral, Merseyside) versus Colm Curran (Fitness instructor from Belfast, Northern Ireland)

Notes: Hang-Tough is back for its appearance in the second semi-final in an event line-up for the semi-finalist contenders from the second half of the quarter finals, 3-4 because it has been played from the first two quarter finals, 1-2 for the quarter finalist contenders from the first half of the heats, 1-4.

Gauntlet is in the second semi-final in an event line-up as a core event for one even numbered show, 14 which is Semi Final 2 as part of a base of appearance because it has been played in six previous shows which were odd numbered shows, heats 1, 5, 7, quarter finals 1 and 3 and semi-final 1 except Heat 3.

Final event appearance: Dogfight, which is played as a split event for the women whilst the men play Swingshot because the men played it in the previous show, Semi Final 1 which was a whole event for all men and women.
