Homemade Peach Pie Filling for the Freezer | First Peach Harvest

The peaches are finally ready to harvest! This variety is called Reliance and is hardy even for Zone 5. I'm making peach pie filling that will be frozen to make peach pies super quick and easy for a taste of summer in winter.

I also have other harvest projects to finish including frozen blackberries, dehydrated herbs, and Hungarian Zucchini Bread.
