How to build: USB3.0 external case for a 5.25" BLURAY drive - for less than 25$

Hey guys Core Weaver here..
in this video, not exactly a hardware design but a very useful tool and if it helps somebody out there I would be pleased to hear.
We're building an external case for a Blu-ray recorder which sits in my older desktop computer. It's a 5.25" drive, I didn't use it much and since I don't have a portable Blu-ray recorder and my laptop doesn't have one either I decided to pull the drive out of that unused computer and give it a new life.
I do all my back ups on Blu-rays so this is gonna be very useful, and because buying is over-rated I will build the external case my self.
I also made an Instructable about this project, and I posted all the steps, the needed files and list of materials, dimensions. I think it's everything you'll need to be able to build one. It only costed 23$ in materials out of which the most expensive part was the SATA converter.

- I used MDF coated on one side 3mmm thick but you can use any type of material you're comfortable with. All that matters is the thickness (3mm) if you don't want to recalculate all the dimensions.
- L shaped aluminum profiles 2 types:
15mm x 15mm (x 1mm thickness) and 40mm x 15mm (x 1.5mm thickness).
- Metal plate (1.5mm thickness).
- 4 x M3 / machine screws / Pan Head / 19mm Long. You may have to adjust their length.
- Glue. I used two types. Fast and slow acting.
- and of course the optical drive, I am assuming you already have.
The total cost for this project excluding the optical drive: 23$
