How does Evaporation cause cooling || Matter in our Surroundings - 5 || in HINDI for Class 9 NCERT

In this Science (Chemistry) video for class 9 we explained how evaporation causes cooling. This is a topic of chapter 1 - 'Matter in our Surroundings' of class 9th science from NCERT.

During evaporation a liquid converts into gas. In this process some energy, known as the latent heat of vaporisation, is needed. Liquid takes that energy from its surroundings, mainly, from the surface where it is placed. As the surface looses heat energy its temperature comes down. In this way evaporation causes cooling.
