Host Plex in Docker for Windows and Access From Anywhere

Access your Plex Media Server from anywhere!  In this tutorial we setup Plex in the Docker for Windows environment and mount our media library from an external NAS into the Plex container.  We add a new tunnel traffic rule to host our Plex server on the Internet.  With this tutorial you can access your Plex server from any browser or connect with the Plex apps on Android and iOS.
