Cyclist infringes on man's rights

I got a new (mountain) bike yesterday, so I thought I'd make the most of the good weather and go across Arthur's Seat with it today (Disclaimer: I've not been on a mountain bike since I was about 14 [I'm now 33] so that's my excuse for being terrible at it). On my way over, I "shred gnar" (that's the correct term, right?) wrongly and fall off, so my chain slips off. While I'm fixing it, minding my own business, some guy comes up to me:

Him: "Sorry mate, you didn't take a picture of me did you?"
Me: "Sorry?"
Him: "You didn't take a photo of me did you?"
Me: "No. Well, it's running just now, but it's not of you in particular
Him at the same time "So you're not wearing a camera, yes"
Him: "I bloody hope so mate"
Me: "Sorry?"
Him: "It's an infringement of my rights you know?"
Me: "It's a public place"
Him: gives me the finger "Fuck you man"
Me: "Fuck you as well. Have a good day!"
Him: no idea, don't want to know
