Pizza Rolls. Try this way of having pizza😘

These Pizza Rolls have pepperoni and mozzarella rolled up in pizza dough. Dip them in warm marinara sauce for the full pizza experience. These can be served as an Italian appetizer or as a main course. Whenever I fix these for the family it’s a hit. Add this easy recipe to my family favorites for pizza night
No need for a fancy pizza oven—all you need is cheese, pepperoni, store-bought (or homemade!) sauce, and a simple homemade dough to create these bites. Pile them up high on a platter with some marinara for dipping, and you'll have an award-winning appetizer

Ingredients:
(makes 20-24)

For Marinera:
Ingredients

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 medium yellow onion 1/2 cup chopped

3 garlic cloves finely minced

28 oz crushed tomatoes

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

1 Tbsp fresh basil or parsley, finely minced, plus more to garnish

For yeast:
1 1/3 cup warm water
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar

For pizza dough:
3 1/2 cups AP flour
2 tsp salt
2 tbs olive oil

Mozzarella
Pepperoni
Jalapeño(optional)
Garlic powder
Basil

✅Use low setting on stove when making the marina sauce so it does not burn

✅Make sure the water is from 110° to 115° when adding yeast & sugar. If too cold or too hot it will not activate

✅Dough should be slightly sticky after kneading
