What's going on with the TTC's Finch LRT Line 6 in Toronto? Why are we not hearing much about it?

What is going on with the TTC's Finch LRT Line 6 in Toronto?  Why are we not hearing much about it?  This Light Rail Transit line was supposed to originally be open in 2020 but now we're in 2023 and it's still under construction, holding up traffic and keeping the Finch West 36 Route, one the busiest in the city.
