In this video I show the wiring color order for the battery sensor on my 9th generation Honda Accord. The other day I did something dumb, I was tightening the negative terminal and twisted the battery sensor ripping the wires from the connector. I went through a bunch of internet searching and really could not find a clear image or video seeing the correct order of wires for the battery sensor, so I made this quick video to help others.
I rewired my battery sensor connector but a new connector with a 12 inch pigtail of yellow wires, just connect the correct order for the wires is on Amazon is here #ad https://amzn.to/45byiVz
While my old sensor did work, it was loose on the battery and in the process of troubleshooting I ordered this sensor that works and is currently still in my Honda Accord from Amazon here #ad https://amzn.to/3Q04PcM
The order of the wires coming from the car going into the sensor with the connector wire ends towards you and the sensor body to the left are light blue, red and green.
This battery sensor is used on the gen 9 Honda Accord which includes model year 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017
