Life in a Day for the Chronically Ill

On the 25th of July, Youtube asked youtubers to record their day for a documentary they are making.  So I complied...though...I shoved activities that I would normally accomplish during the week into one day.  While it was a fun day, I paid for it dearly with a multi-day migraine.  So while I had fun, I didn't listen to my body.  To everyone watching, you'll probably think I didn't do much of anything, but for me, this was an adventure.
