San Diego Storm Update 1:30PM | Northbound I-15 flooded at 32nd Street

Northbound Interstate 15 at 32nd Street was at a standstill Monday at 1:30 p.m. due to flooding. Traffic was backed up to National City. Caltrans crews were working to clear the drains in the area. Debris was also seen on the highway. Traffic on the southbound side was moving.
