200g taro, peeled, washed, slice
1/4 cup of magenta leaves water.
(You can use four drops of purple food color or replace taro with purple sweet potato.)
1 1/2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
10g unsalted butter

Dough:
130g tapioca starch
1/8 tsp salt
130 ml water

Ginger syrup:
500ml water
150g sugar
3 knotted pandan leaves(optional)
15g sliced ginger
