Many people suffer from respiratory problems, especially children. The parents go together because when the child does not sleep, the parents usually do not.
Here at home was no different, but after some time I realized that the biggest cause of the problem was the low humidity of the air inside the room, caused by the use of air conditioning.
After we started using the humidifier the thing changed for the better.
Of course we should not leave aside the periodic cleaning of the filter and the air conditioning, the bedding and leave the environment always airy and with sunlight coming in during the day. If it does not, at least the mattress should catch a little time at a time.
