One of the four rotator cuff muscles.
Origin: Infraspinatus fossa.
Insertion: Posterior impression of greater tubercle of humerus immediately inferior to supraspinatus insertion.
Concentric Action: External rotation.
Innervation: Suprascapular nerve. (C5-C6)
