I am very excited to be giving my feedback on the BRAND NEW stage 1 tune for the B9 platform from Integrated Engineering.
I had the APR stage 1 tune previously and IE reached out to me to get my thoughts while driving on their new programming. I'll give you those thoughts in this video.
The car also has:
- Cold air intake
- Turbo inlet pipe
- Resonator delete
Some benefits of this tune:
- Regular street driving smoothness and part throttle boost control
- The overall power and power delivery when driving fast/aggressive is improved
- Pedal delivery/feel
- Power curve smoothness (no dip in power-we spent a lot of time tuning out the 3.0Ts 3K RPM power dip)
- Reduced turbo lag from stock
- Neutral/Park RPM limiter removed (fun feature for revving the car)
(Included) TCU Tune:
- Faster shifts
- Optimized shift points (1st and 2nd gear hit 6500 RPM)
- Launch control
- High and medium torque launch modes
