WHAT TO DO IF YOUR
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR STEAM ACCOUNT GETS STOLEN, HIJACKED, OR LOST.
(Working as of 2024)

From this link go ahead and click "Help I can't sign in"
then from there go ahead and click which ever option applies to you, if you have the same issue as me, which was a stolen/hijacked account, go ahead and click on the bottom option to recover your account.
Assuming they changed your email and removed your phone number AND changed your password it'll ask to look up an account name, type your account name.
Again assuming they changed your email click 'I don't have access to this email', it'll bring you to a form, go ahead and follow the form as follows, leave any and all details you feel are ABSOLUTELY necessary, they will ask if you can provide proof of ownership via debit card, last 4 digits of your card and name on the card.
It took roughly 45 minutes to an hour for a reply.
stay calm, don't panic, be PATIENT
