How to fix "We couldn't complete the updates Undoing changes" in Windows 10 | Working 2021

A pretty easy fix for "We couldn't complete the updates / Undoing changes" which occurs in Windows 10 quite a lot recently, due to failed and uncompleted updates. This fix is just so you can boot, if you want to keep Windows Update enabled, you can enable them after booting normally, but there's no guarantee that you'll boot normally the next time you turn your pc on.
