About steps! 🙋♂️
The distance indicated a 300m difference over 10km; it's not the best watch in this regard as the discrepancies consistently increased. Some people have an issue with Xiaomi counting too many steps. Consider this when considering a potential purchase.
About the Google Assistant! 🙋♂️
During setup, you may see a message: "Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro doesn't yet support this language."
Just follow these steps:
Settings - Google - All services - Google app settings - Search, Assistant & Voice - Google Assistant - Languages - Remove Polish, leaving only English.
On the watch, click on the assistant and try it; now it will work in English. Then go back to language settings and add Polish. The order of languages should be English (United States) and then Polish.
Assistant is working :) The question is, for how long? Will it eventually function without this trick? Probably yes, but it's hard to say when. The software still needs refinement, but I believe it's a good start. I wouldn't choose it for sports; there are much better options in terms of measurement accuracy on the market. However, I believe they won't ruin it.
