Spinach Plum Stew:

One kilo of spinach
Leek 150gr
Dried plums 250gr
Mutton or beef 400gr
Medium onion two
Some lemon juice
Salt, black pepper, turmeric

Chop the onions and fry a little, then add the meat, turmeric and black pepper and fry.  Then pour boiling water into it and cook the meat for about an hour.  While the meat is cooking, eat the spinach and leeks (I used chopped leeks and ice) and fry with a little oil.  After the meat is almost cooked, add the prunes, spinach and fried leeks along with the lemon juice and salt and let it cook for another half an hour on a gentle heat of the stew. After half an hour the food is ready.
