HMS Prince of Wales - my first ship build! (Tamiya 1/350 scale model)

Building the Tamiya 1/350 scale HMS Prince of Wales battleship, along with Eduard PE railing set. The Prince of Wales saw lots of action its short lifetime including joining the hunt for the Bismarck, escorting convoys in the Mediterranean, and carrying Churchill across the Atlantic to the US. Ultimately the Prince of Wales was sunk by Japanese torpedo bombers off the coast of Malaya, along the Repulse. Her loss was a major blow to the British and left the Indian Ocean and most of the Pacific without any Allied naval presence.
