Design Studio: Hodsdon Kokeshi Dolls

NEW YORK, June 9, 2020 —  Join AsiaStore for a virtual visit to Lisa and Jake Hodsdon‘s Design Studio where you’ll learn how they combine their artistic talents to craft modern interpretations of traditional Japanese Kokeshi dolls. Jacob, a wood-turner draws inspiration for the dolls from the natural beauty of the wood and Lisa adds color and design to create the individual personality of each Kokeshi doll.
