The footage is from a "copyband" competition (same event that the M1917 cover is from), which Hanabie entered under the name "a maximum of 花 lion", basically combining the names of the three bands lol
Note that a wall of death with four people is definitely a thing - don't let anyone tell you otherwise ;)
