ATTENTION: Do NOT burn your
ATTENTION: Do NOT burn your belt like I said in the video, use super glue and pliers or another tool to make the sides of the belt easier to go through the brass pieces. If you use a lighter, it will probably char up your belt and ruin it.
Hey Marines, LCpl Johnson (now Cpl and no longer enlisted) here from Marine Barracks Washington: If you're like me, and wanted to wear your Blues out of boot camp for personal use or recruiters assistance, but watched that other unhelpful video on proper assembly of the belt, this is the video that will solve your problems. This isn't a "boot" thing as you will wear your blues at least once, or in my case all the time, nobody ever showed me how, and I looked like a fool in pictures I took where I just guessed on the way to put this thing together. Some people can look at this belt and put it together, others, like me, look at this and go, Lord have mercy... So here it is, and easy and simple way to put this beast together. Here to help you wear that uniform with pride, Semper Fi!
