Barbatos might have only broken into the mainstream DC Universe in recent years with Scott Snyder’s Dark Nights: Metal series, but the fact of the matter is, that this ancient Bat-God is responsible for everything that happened in Bruce Wayne’s life; including the fact that he even became Batman in the first place.
