Adding in your own private closed-circuit analog cable TV channel to your TV Antenna signal - UHF RF modulator. Some recent viewer questions prompted me to re-visit this handy little UHF TV modulator I reviewed a couple of years ago. It turns out that it will pass through a digital over-the-air (OTA) TV antenna signal just fine, preserving the HD broadcast picture. An antenna can be combined with the video/audio from any RCA (AV composite) line-level (also known as baseband) source to make your own in-home cable TV channel, playing your own content on one or more TV's in your home (with the use of a coaxial splitter).
