Ilish bhapa in microwave | Microwave recipes

Bhapa ilish is a traditional and a very popular dish in Bengal. Here i am trying to show how to cook this dish quickly and easily in microwave oven.  

Ingredients:

Hilsa fish 4 pieces
Mustard paste as required for gravy
Green chilli 8 to 10 or as per your taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil 4 to 5 tbsp
