Presenting another high intensity, calorie burning, yet fun-filled bollywood non-stop dance workout. So proud of my friends, for their enthusiasm and their spontaneity for them to grab the steps in seconds and be in sync, all this whilst having crazy fun :-)

For all newbies, Welcome to my channel 'Dance with Subarna' where we believe in sustained fitness through dance and exercise. I am a trained Kathak dancer who is now in her 40s & is focused on fitness through dance. The mantra is - "There's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to fitness. Everybody is different, and the number of calories you burn will depend on various factors, such as your age, weight, gender, and fitness level". We can only focus on things that are under our control, which is, dance, exercise, have fun and everything else will take care of itself. :-)

If you're new to Bollywood dance or just looking for a fun way to stay fit, hopefully my channel is perfect for you. Join me as we break down the signature moves and grooves that make Bollywood dance so captivating. You will learn a series of beginner-friendly steps that you can easily follow and incorporate into your dance & fitness routine.
