Multiple killed in Tel Aviv shooting before Iranian missile attack on Israel

Hours before the Iranian military launched a missile strike at Israel, a shooting occurred in the Jaffa area of Tel Aviv. Police say at least four civilians were killed by at least two gunmen. NBC News’ Raf Sanchez reports on what we know about the shooting, which apparently occurred on a light rail train.
