Must visit seafood market in Otaru.

The most famous restaurant there is Ajidokoro Takeda.

Their Hokke (Atka Mackerel) and Kaisen Donburi (Seafood Bowl) are both delicious but the best dish is their Sable Fish. Taste is similar to Cod Fish.
