Ingredients:-
* White Sesame (सफेद तिल) - 1 tbsp
* Coconut Powder (नारियल का बुरादा) - 1 tbsp
* Dried Coriander (सूखा साबुत धनिया ) - 2 tsp
* Fennel (सौंफ ) - 2 tsp
* Cumin (जीरा ) - 1 tsp
* Black pepper (काली मिर्च ) - 15 - 18 pieces
* Cinnamon (दाल चीनी ) - 1 piece
* Star anise (चक्र फूल ) - 1 piece
* Bay leaf (तेज पत्ता ) - 5 leafs
* Black cardamom (काली इलायची ) - 2 pieces
* Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1-1.5 tsp
* Sugar (चीनी ) - 1 tsp
* Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर ) - 1 tsp
* Amla powder (आवला पाउडर ) - 1/2 tsp
* Kashmiri red chili (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च ) - 2 tsp
* Peanut (मूंगफली ) - 2-2.5 tbsp
* Garlic (लहसुन ) - 2 tbsp
* Lemon (निम्बू ) - 1/2 tsp
* Salt to taste (नमक ) - as per taste
* Water (पानी ) - as required
* Potato (आलू ) - 3 medium size
* Oil (तेल ) - 1 tbsp
* Cumin (जीरा ) - 1/2 tsp
* Green chili to taste (हरी मिर्च ) - as per taste  
* Sweet chutney (मीठी चटनी ) - 2 tbsp
* Onion (प्याज ) - 1 medium size chopped
* Green coriander (हरा धनिया ) - for garnishing
* Pav (पाव ) - as required
* Pomegranate grains (अनार के दाने ) - some quantity  
* Butter (बटर ) - some quantity
* Namkeen/Sav (बारीक़ सेव ) - as per taste
