Restoring a peeled off office chair/gaming chair

For few years I've been working in an upholstery shop,now I'm starting my own small business in my hometown.I am no master in upholstery nor video making.But my wish is for everyone could share and learn together.
For now I'm using half of my brother's workshop,so excuse me for the unorganized background.

I'll try to make my video better bit by bit,any comment or suggestion are accepted.Will do my best.
