Microsoft OneDrive is cloud storage.
Microsoft OneDrive is cloud storage. OneDrive handles versioning and file sharing, stores your Teams recording files, and works on multiple devices. One great feature of OneDrive is Files On-Demand. With OneDrive Files On-Demand, you don't have to download everything stored in your OneDrive. That could take up your valuable hard drive space. With OneDrive, you can keep your computer storage free and access all you need from the cloud storage. Files On-Demand works for Windows and Mac.
With OneDrive personal or OneDrive for Work or School, you have 1,000 GB (1 TB) of storage. Most hard drives, especially company computer hard drives, have a much smaller capacity—for example, 250 MB or 400 MB. Using Files On-Demand, you can see all your folders and files and download files as needed.

Click the OneDrive icon in your system tray.
Click Help and Setting (the gear icon)
Click Settings
Click Account
Click Choose folders
Make changes to the folders
Click OK
Close out of Setting
