My Journey with Postpartum Mental Illness

As many of you know, since my son was born I have suffered from a postpartum mental illness called postpartum psychosis. The journey from his birthday, one year ago, to now, is unlike anything I could possibly describe. Watch as I attempt to do that, and share with you all my story.

I am so beyond lucky to have gotten the help I did, when I did and I would encourage anyone out there suffering to do the same. Always ask for the help and support that you deserve.
