BAKED NUTELLA CHEESECAKE

One of the best selling cheesecakes on every cheesecake menu, here is my perfected Nutella Cheesecake Recipe. It is yummy, eggless and ultimate! A MUST TRY!

BAKED NUTELLA CHEESECAKE
100 g crushed biscuits of your choice
40 g melted butter

150 g cream cheese (room temp.)
100 g nutella
1/4 cup castor sugar
1/4 yoghurt
1/4 cup cream
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp vanilla essence

Bake the biscuit base at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Bake the cheesecake at 150 degrees for 30 mins or till set to touch.
