But one villains escapes many fans minds, and the villain is none other than King Piccolo, the father of Piccolo Jr. Piccolo has never met his father, but in today's' story, he and Goku will finally meet King Piccolo after 40 years and showcase just how much has changed since the original events of dragon ball.
