Industrial Dispute Act 1947 under
Industrial Dispute Act 1947 under provision Section 3 and formed by Works Committee.
औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम 1947 | कार्य समिति | धारा 3
This act works on #Factories where having workers more than 100 should have a works committee. And if you want you can maintain works committee even if you're not having employees 100.
Also, there should be equal participation employer and employees. And the chairman should be changed on alternate years like for one year the chairman is from employer side and on alternate year the chairman of this Works Committee will be employees side.
The main aim of Works Committee is to create sense of partnership and also to settle down all the issues in Industrial Disputes from both employers and employees.
