Baked Chickpeas
1. Rinse a can of chickpeas until it no longer bubbles
2. Toss wet chickpeas (if your not oil free you can add a little olive oil) with your favorite spices (mine is the Trader Joe’s chili lime seasoning or any roast meat salt rub!)
3. Bake at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes
4. Allow to cool so that the left over moisture evaporates and the chickpeas get nice and crunchy!
