In this video we will see how to make kerala style vattayappam recipe in malayalam. This is soft and spongy vattayappam recipe / Steamed rice cake. We can make vattayappam kerala style with rice, easy vattayappam with rice flour, vattayappam with yeast, vattayappam without yeast. i share vattayappam with rice and yeast recipe. I add coconut and coconut milk for making soft appam. This appam is made as easter special / Christmas special. This recipe is similar to bakery style vattayappam. This vattayappam requires only few ingredients. Try this appam as your breakfast or snacks. If you are making this appam to eat with curry, then no need to add sugar and cardamom in it.
