Hi Guys so in this video i have shared best carne asada recipe which i have grilled in pan, Yes its true the best steak recipe with a Mexican touch.
Ingredients
prime sirloin steak flap
brown sugar
salt
black pepper
soy sauce
cilantro
garlic powder ( optional )
Marinate it and let it live the fridge for 1 - 4 hours or you can leave it for overnight.
total cooking time 12 to 13 minutes medium high flame.
for pan grill.
Place the grill net in the bottom of your pan as i have shown in the video for best char marks on the meat.
