I used to struggle with
I used to struggle with inconsistent golf ball striking because I never truly understood what created consistent contact. I would hit a lot of fat and thin shots, but rarely took a divot after the ball. Then I discovered this amazing golf swing concept and my ball striking changed forever. I never imagined it could be this simple either. Looking at my old golf swing, there was a lot of variables and moving pieces that made it inefficient. To make consistent contact with the ball, I had to make my swing efficient and eliminate variables. This came down to mastering my shoulders in the golf swing. I found that if my shoulders moved, my contact point with the ball would move. Once I understood this, great ball striking became a normal thing. This is one of the most valuable concepts for any golfer to learn - how to control your contact point. Once you learn this you can easily add power and accuracy into your swing.
