Make these delicious almond cookies for those rainy days or when you have friends/ family coming over! 🤩
INGREDIENTS
2 Egg Whites
1/3 cup Sugar
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
2/3 cup Ground Almonds
1 tbsp. Almond Extract
Slice of Butter
DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.
2. Add sugar, cornstarch, ground almonds and almond extract.
3. Grease a medium baking pan with butter.
4. With the help of a spoon, make small balls of the mixture and place them in the baking pan. Leave a space of half inch (2 cm) between each one.
5. Bake for 15 minutes at 350F.
