મસાલા, વઘારની ઝંઝટ વગર, માત્ર પાણીમાં ઉકાળી ૧૫ મિનિટમાં વેજ મસાલા ખીચડી તૈયાર, Masala Khichdi Premix
Today I am sharing Masala Khichdi Premix Recipe. This is very useful recipe for working professionals living alone or students in hostel or living abroad. This masala khichdi premix can be stored for six months at room temperature and can be used to make masala khichdi or vegetable masala khichdi instantly within 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
2 bowls parimal khichdi rice - પરિમલ ચોખા
1 bowl oily toor dal - તેલ વાળી કે તેલ વગરની તુવેર દાળ
1 tsp mustard seeds - રાય
1 tsp cumin seeds - જીરું
2-3 bay leaves - તેજ પત્તા
2-3 dry red chilies - સુકા લાલ મરચાં
4-5 cloves - લવિંગ
2-3 pieces of cinnamon - તજ
Curry leaves - મીઠો લીમડો
½ tsp hing - હિંગ
1.5 tsp salt - મીઠું
½ tsp turmeric powder - હળદર પાવડર
1 tsp oil at low flame - તેલ
2-3 no. chopped green chilies - લીલાં મરચાં
Chopped ginger - આદુ
1.5 tsp red chilli powder - લાલ મરચું પાવડર
¾ tsp garam masala powder - ગરમ મસાલા પાવડર
